"Really unprofessional experience in Delaware location (Philadelphia Pike). Waited for 1.5 hours in the waiting room for my initial consult since doctor was “taking his time with each patient.” However, upon entering the office (not medically sterile or structured) the doctor had golf cleats on and was yelling at staff, nearly barking orders. No regard for HIPPA or patient privacy. Then during my 15 minutes with the doctor (so much for taking his time!) I received a very painful injection and a prescription that was never called in. When I followed up with a phone call, concerned about my injection, no answer. No updates two+ weeks later about the prescription."

"The initial wait time wasn’t too long.I thought he was a good doctor he’s actually a liar! So is most of his staff! They are rude and disrespectful! I’ve been in pain for three weeks and he won’t even do his job! He canceled my medication and never said why! He canceled my appointment for my shot in my back! Our first appointment he was inappropriate telling dirty jokes and giving out too many hugs’"

"This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. No sense of urgency or communication for their patients. Waiting more then 45 min to be called back to sit in the doctors office for another 15 min with no one communicating or even apologizing for the ridiculous wait.. it’s crazy to think that somewhere where EVERY PATIENT is dealing with chronic pain that there would be no sense of urgency or even care to get patients in and out. No I understand there is demand but COMMUNICATE with your patients. Another patient told me they “always leave 1 hour waiting time when they come for an appointment.” How is that okay???!!?? You wait 3 months for an appointment to not even see the doctor because you cannot wait AN HOUR after your appointment time to be seen.."

"I’ve only ever been there twice. The first time I waited 30 minutes just to have someone talk to me about my next appointment. I said, “okay, fine.” Next appointment, I waited 30-40 minutes for someone to inject my arm. I said, “okay fine”. Today was my 3rd visit. It takes me roughly an hour to get there from my home. I get there 20 minutes before my appointment and check in. I sat there for TWO HOURS, before another patient who waited almost just as long complained on my behalf and hers. 10 minutes later they call me back saying that they had me in the system as checked out. I say, “okay, fine. At least I’m back here and it’ll be quick.” So they set me up for a neck injection. Person wipes my back, says someone will be with me in a few minutes. I lay on that table for 30-40 minutes waiting for someone. Fed up, I got dressed and left without ever getting treated. Never going back. No apology for the long wait, no nothing. All the while, I have a headache and my neck is killing me. I had someone waiting for me in the car as well. Waste of my time and gas."
