He has helped me to understand myself better and has introduced thoughts and ideas that I had not come to on my own. I am a happier me, today, than when I met him. Dr Trook has been invaluable for my life experience, and for all of those I interact with. The butterfly effect…you never know how much you can alter your life and others with making small movements in the right direction."

"I have yet to meet with Brenda, but her secretary herself was very rude. I had to reschedule not only because when I scheduled I was not told I could not use a debit card that it was cash or money order only (shady to begin with) but I also had to reschedule bc I had my emotional support animal with me (a 13 week old puppy) who is federally registered and did nothing but sit by my feet the whole 10 minutes I was in there. She told me they do not allow any sort of support animals in the office. A psychiatrist office that doesn't allow support or service animals? First of all, illegal, and second of all, my counselor and psychiatrist both recommended I get an ESA. I'm only using this practice for court ordered co parenting sessions. I hope Brenda is more sensitive to.psychiatric needs than her secretaries are. If I could give no stars I would."

"Brenda Hoff is the family therapist I dealt with, I am really concerned about some racially insensitive language she used during a session. Brenda is quite dishonest with patients and doesn’t hide the fact she is court ordered and looks for opportunities to continue halfni g cases well after meeting the courts recommendation. On several occasions she seemed clueless about the case and needed to be re-introduced to the entire case during multiple sessions. When asked about the act of micro-aggressions, a common psychological term, she claimed to have no idea what it meant or where it was used. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for any sort of competency."

"I give Brenda at Pocono psychological services a -5 Rating . She’s sneaky , she lies in her reports, she takes sides rather than being professional if required for co parenting counseling stay far away from Brenda. She makes the children feel uncomfortable . I wrote a review on their Facebook and they removed it and also removed the review and rating option definitely -5 STAR RATING !"
