"Only go here if you want a huge bill for doing virtually nothing. My mother had a small piece of her hearing aid in her ear canal. The provider at Live Urgent Care literally took a pair of tweezers and removed it. 5 seconds! The bill for this is $762. On the bill were 3 separate charges, including Incision Removal Foreign Body SubQ Tissue Sample. There was no incision, no sample. Just a quick removal with tweezers. Sounds like fraud to me."

"My husband and I came to this urgent care about 15 minutes before they closed for a sliced finger tip. The front desk staff were kind and said they weren't sure they could treat him but would try. The kind medical assistant took us back to a room and tried to prep everything for the provider in a shut down room. When the provider came in, I was expecting someone to be a little annoyed to be working past the closing time but she was not at all. The NP was AMAZING. My husband was really struggling with the pain and she was incredibly patient with him, and explained what she was doing thoroughly. If we have another issue we will definitely come back here."

"I made an appointment at 8:00 AM, right when they open. I was a few minutes late and so were they. I waited maybe 5 minutes outside and then someone unlocked the door and let me in. I was seen pretty much right away after working with the receptionist, but then I had to wait maybe another 10 minutes for the xray operator to show up. Very nice folks and they set me up with what I needed to take care of my apparently fractured foot. I want to give 5 stars since I expected to have to wait, but I didn’t because I expected to wait due to them being busy."
