"My kids made a lot of progress I can’t deny that and the only reason I give them a star. Management is played by ear. It’s a mess. I am a mother to 3 kids of which 2 are on the spectrum (4y/o and 2 y/o) non verbal and attended this facility. And finally a 1 year old. My kids get sick so many time which caused them to be absent. Unfortunately because I am the main caregiver of my babies when 1 has an appt, I can’t afford to drop the other child off when I have an appt at the same time, so causes 1 child with an unexcused absence. If 1 child is sick SOMETIMES they make the other child stay home causing them to have an absence, sometimes they don’t. Like I said management plays it by ear. I have asked them for a list of absent dates with excused and un excused absents. I’m still waiting. If I ask them to change my kids schedule it takes 2-3 weeks for the change to go through but if they need to make that change it’s immediately they don’t care what issues you may have. The first day my kids went there I gave them their blanket that they will need to nap with. After they were discharged today I asked what was going to happen with the blanket they said I don’t know. I asked to speak to the director she couldn’t come out but they will “update” me. Today they asked me to meet with them at the end of the day to discuss some updates. Because they didn’t meet their hours due to NAPS the kids took and their obvious absents they were going to only visit 1 hr a week at home compared to the 3-4 hrs they received in the clinic. They still wanted to bill me for today even though they wanted to basically discharge them. Ridiculous!!! If they knew they should have advised yesterday instead of making me rush out of my son’s pulmonary doctors appt (where he was diagnosed with asthma) to get him and my daughter in time for their session. Loved the staff that worked directly with my kids daily! Thank you to them."
