"If I could give negative stars I would! My sister has been incredibly sick for almost two months and nothing is making her better! She made an appointment and saw a Dr. Rachel Spoonhower who did not listen to my sister at all. Only saw her for about 10 minutes and just told my sister that she is sick. No duh! That's why she's at the doctor's! The Dr. didn't listen, wouldn't do anything, and left while my sister was still asking her questions, so the Dr. just told her where the exit was! Ridiculous!!"

"Sent here for an ultrasound by my gyno. Front desk staff was okay nothing great, took my information and then told me to sit. Technician was okay. The problem came a month after the appointment when I returned to my gyno for a follow up. They couldn’t find my results. They called numerous times and when they got an answer they were informed that my ultrasound results slipped through the cracks and if the radiologist had time they would read it… This was a month later, I was at my appointment and the ladies at the desk told them to do it now since they already wasted enough time. Never again."

"Repeated calls to make and appt and the phone is picked up and then disconnected. I could relay all of the delightful interactions ive had at the front desk but the reviews here paint a pretty representative picture. My Dr and Chiropractor were pretty good but doesnt do me much good if i cant make an appointment."

"Have been a patient at LMG since 1996. Moved here from Cincinnatti. Dr. Beck till he retired, then Dr. Kliger. The doctors are very thorough and compassionate. Highly recommend LMG"
