"Was very disappointed in this branch today. I tried to cash a check for my 16yr old son and felt like a criminal. The teller asked for my ID after I provided my checkbook and the check which I consigned. After two other employees came out to the window the teller came back and said that she could deposit it in his savings account but couldn't cash it without his ID, which she did not ask for in the first place. It was disappointing and inconvenient. The Foxcroft location does a great job, but I'd like to feel that I can get service in all locations without being told,"sorry but I don't recognize you"."

"Although proximity banking is convenient, do not bank here. If you must indulge in consumer banking use a more reliable and friendly company. This is only from experience in the Martinsburg WV branches however."
