"The appointment scheduler, Stacy, is extremely rude to sick patients. I used to be a patient of Dr. Stone and even referred my sister to her, but had not been seen in 7 years. When I left a message with Stacy to ask Dr. Stone to call me back. Stacy called me back and rudely said Dr. Stone would not talk to me because I had not seen her in 7 years. When I asked her questions, she would cut me off. I later spoke with Christy who was very nice and said this was their policy because I had not seen Dr. Stone in several years. Stacy never told me that it was their policy. At that point I’m sick and in tears because of how she was treating me. I asked to speak to Lorraine who is the head scheduler and Stacy said was available, she put me in her voicemail. I cannot believe this woman is actually dealing with sick people. She is very nasty. I just saw another review where someone else was complaining about the front desk person and I am sure it was her, so it’s not just me. I plan on sending a letter to the partners because I don’t think they are aware of how patients are being treated. Beware! Update: I was just called and yelled at by the office manager for writing this review. I was told that my appointment was being cancelled since I have a problem with their office. I nicely explained to her that Dr. Stone is a phenomenal doctor and my plight is with the woman scheduling appointments. I asked her to stop yelling at me in which she said I have been working here for 26 years and I am not yelling at you. When I asked if this was coming from Dr. Stone, she said yes because it’s our company policy. She proceeded to slam down the phone on me. I cannot believe this. You are actually reprimanding and punishing the patient because your staff is rude and nasty. Unbelievable"
