"This practice has switched to automatic billing instead of sending an invoice in the mail or via email. This can be problematic when people are billed without their knowledge. It would be one thing if you knew the cost of the services before getting seen but because healthcare keeps prices hidden, you have no idea how much a visit is going to cost. Then you will be charged without ever seeing a bill. This is obviously problematic as you could be charged in error and never be notified at all. There could be an issue with insurance and you may never find out until long after you've been charged. This is not a how a good doctor/patient relationship should work. Find another place to go to. One that doesn't try to keep you out of the loop as to how much you are being charged."

"I went there for physical exam and my work insurance covered for the visit. However they charged me $78 automatically just for second visit to get my tb test result and pick up the physical paper."

"ZERO STARS. We had a curious experience with this doctor's office, and I've written to provide our feedback to the manager / owner Dr. Rocklan Walker. I'll change my review if I get any redeeming information from him. We went in for a preventive wellness check that is completely covered by our insurance. We told the physician that the visit is for wellness and asked to keep it that way Guess what, they billed us for XYZ beyond the preventive codes which now WE WILL have to pay out of pocket. These guys are out to make money in whatever way possible. Stay away from these scamsters. I'll report them to the Medical Board or Ombudsman if possible. They should not be in business."

"I will give them a 0 if I can. This facility only has Nurse Practitioners so forget about seeing doctors. Nothing wrong in that but they call them doctors which is misleading. I waited today for over an hour with no one (that I could see) before me or after. But didn't get to see the Nurse Practitioner. When I went and checked with front desk they said she is running late (mind you its 55 minutes already), she is with a new patient. But they still have no idea how long I will have to wait. The building is pretty, it used to be way better when they operated out of a small building. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! PATHETIC"

"If I could give zero star, I would have. We have been with this practice for 3 years and 1 month - none of us have been able to go through the hurdle to see a doctor - 3 plus years!!! This is so unacceptable - they bar you and only allow you to see an NP. My son has a concussion! Nope the doctors don’t take new patients - we have been with RFP for 3 years - WE ARE NOT NEW! This place is now focusing on making things woke and pretty - juice bars, personal trainers, all the new shiny nice things, but nope they won’t see you when you need a doctor."
