"Yikes. Check your patient portal. I never check these things and upon review of mine, I found that the receptionist recorded a bunch of incorrect information in my file. She also told my doctor that I requested for her to call medication for me, which I did not. This is concerning!"

"Didn’t want to see anyone in person for two years due to COVID and all of a sudden it’s an issue that you haven’t been seen for things that could be resolved with a phone call. It’s such a shame that medicine has become business first. It is obvious the goal is to bill as much as possible. Big health network feeling."

Main Line Health protected him in this outrageous behavior. BEWARE !!!!!"

"As I write this I am extremely upset. Have been a long time patient of Dr. David Fox as well as my husband. I can never get an appointment there anymore when I or my husband are really sick. Am told to wait a day or two for an appointment and can see "someone else," and while out of desperation I agree to see someone else, while waiting there to see someone else , there is no one else in the waiting room waiting to be seen. I could've been in and out during that period of time! Practice seems to be set up where they will only take one or two an hour and will not triage you to see if it is Really an urgent problem that needs to be addressed ASAP. Many times my illness has gotten MUCH worse because I've had to wait a day or two to see someone. When you see a fill-in doctor they know you're not coming back to see them so you don't get the degree of care that you would with your regular physician. I worked for an internist for 20 years, and no matter how busy she was, she would fit a really sick patient in. Seems like those days are long gone! I really like my/our doctor there, but I'm losing faith in their system of not accommodating their long time regular patients. Also can no longer speak directly with the Doctor even when you are very sick. Am very disappointed in how it has changed over the years."
