"Please hire a new receptionist, I no longer live close and I called to see if I can come in to get my medical records ahead of time and all I get is "I don't know if the supervisor is here" and just hangs up!! I called twice and she is not helpful in the slightest bit. I am just going to get re-evaluated somewhere else. Horrible customer service skills 0 out of 10. I have a recorder on my phone that records my phone calls and I saved it.. maybe I should bring it in so the supervisor can hear."
"Was not aware and wasn’t told that we had to wear masks first time the receptionist was very rude she actually was thinking at first my son was another patient saying he did know now my son has autism and was trying his best to let her know he never was there . And if we did know we had to wear a mask we would have just the way your reception treated us was very unprofessional"
"They have to be the worst services I think I have ever had. First the receptionist was too busy on TikTok to look up at me I was standing there for about 10 mins until she saw me. Then my appointment was never booked for the doctor. The therapist seems like she had an attuite because i rescheduled an appointment. The doctor refused to give me anything for my panic attacks he said we don't do that here. Weird but okay. Then when I call to get my meds refilled, I am told no, and I have to talk to someone else. This place is a joke along with the staff."
"I am not impressed so far I've had two appointments with a so called therapist and then waiting to see an actual doctor. Apparently I'm going to have to see this therapist a few more times before the doctor is even available. The doctor has extremely limited hours and is rarely available for appointments. If you have to call this office be prepared to leave a message and then sit around and wait for them to call you back."
"I had the pleasure of working with Nick Riley as my counselor. When I first started talking to him I had been going through some pretty depressing news I received while in his care and he could always tell when something was wrong, he never pushed me to tell him what was going on but would always tell me that whenever I was ready to talk he’d be there and he always was. Sometimes I wouldn’t be scheduled for a visit for a little bit so I’d call and he’d always get right back to me. He’s definitely so down to earth and not once did he ever talk down to or judge me rather he’d offer me the best advice too handle whatever it was I may have been facing at that time. If anyone’s looking for a great counselor, I highly recommend Nick Riley"
