"2 times in last month I stopped in. First time walked out after looking at $1500 worth of electronics because I was being treated rudely by employee. 2nd time was today where I was asked to put a mask on. So I did with no complaint from me. Same Employee made rude remarks towards me after I complied. I left without looking at the $600 of purchases I was about to make. Rude service costs money. Do NOT shop hear and reward stores for allowing rude employees. You pay their salaries. They need to realize this."

"I have dealt with these guys several times and they are very professional and more importantly, very flexible. I went through a pretty rough time and was unable to make a payment one month. I called and they were very understanding and allowed me the extra time to get my payment into them. They understood how important my ring is to me and were very willing to work with me.
