"I love this theater. It is a movie goers dream. Beautiful ambiance, underground parking, clean and spacious bathrooms, big comfortable reclining seats and a blanket in case you get cold. It's really a lovely theater. I only have two things things to say. 1. There is one small food tray between every two seats and it can only be positioned between you and your companion. This makes sense if you're just getting something small to share and maybe a couple of drinks, but they offer fullsized entries. So if you plan to eat dinner be prepared for the constant shifting of food around on that small tray. It's a nuisance that can be dealt with, but they should've given everyone their own food tray. 2. My second critique is the menu itself. Based on my last visit, the mocha and the cappuccinos were less than satisfactory. They both tasted and looked like mugs of steamed milk. No flavor at all. As for the buffalo rolls/wraps - whatever the are-they had a weird texture. Also, our fries were cold. In conclusion, they could probably improve the menu a bit and reskill the staff on how how to make the drinks properly."
"I had a positive experience at the IPIC. The customer service was warm and friendly, the seats were very comfortable, and the theater volume was perfect. This is a cash-only theater. On the downside, the lemon pepper wings were extremely salty, making them inedible and nasty. It tasted like the wings were immersed in a bowl of salt and a pinch of lemon seasoning was added. This left me feeling sick after the movie. For the amount of money, this was a complete waste. Be careful what you order here."
"Great movie theater with all the comforts you could want. Warm fleece blanket given to you before the show. Adult drinks offered. Full menu of options. Push button at seat to have someone come take your order and bring your items. Reclining leather seats. You pick your seats so no issues there at all. Definitely recommend checking this place out. Tickets are pricey but worth it every now and then."
"I only come here because I live across the street. I stop coming because of the nasty restrooms. I stopped by yesterday and surprisingly the restroom was clean. I think because it was early in the day and they was having an event. My complaint today is being charged $22.70 for one lemon drop martini. When all the drinks on the menu are below $16. I called the next day to see how is that possible a movie theater has the highest lemon drop in pike and rose. The manager a female said it’s because it wasn’t on the menu and that they are a luxury movie theater. How are you a luxury movie theater with dirty restrooms 80% of the time. Also that made no sense to charge me on my receipt $12 for Tito’s $7.70 for Martini and $3 for lemon drop. All that being one drink."
"I have a movie subscription to a competitor and will continue going there from this point on. I went on a Tuesday night, but apparently they were busy. I arrived about 30 minutes early, 10 minutes earlier than they recommend. I paid extra for dinner and a movie, took my seat and pressed the button as instructed. No one came. I went to the staff and was told someone would come. I watched as multiple servers came in, took other people's orders and left. I flagged down one server who said he'd go and find "my server" only for him to return approximately 20 minutes later, take the order of the 3 people next to me (who arrived after the film had started), and ignore me. I figured he was busy so I went to a server outside of the theater to place an order. She told me she was busy and to wait. . .although I was already missing parts of the film by standing there. Turns out she was a manager. So I went to another manager and requested a refund. I'm a frequent movie goer (at least 2 per month) and have never walked out of a film until today. I understand being busy. I don't understand why people who arrived 30 minutes after me were served first? Maybe the orders are placed by row and not by who request service first? If so, that is understandable, but I wish someone would have told me. Overall I'm not angry, but a bit disappointed. The staff seemed polite and friendly for the most part. Maybe the Standard experience is better than the deluxe. Unfortunately, I won't have a chance to find out, I'm in town for a limited time and already wasted one of my three nights. Sorry for the long read."
