"Not sure why the reviews aren't better. I absolutely love the renovations! Great seats, full recliner. The monthly pass is only $20/month for a free ticket per day everyday! Great food, excellent bar, very friendly staff! They easily switched my ticket before and respond to feedback well. My new favorite hangout. Very grateful for Reston to have a clean, high value theater. And the escalators are working fine. They acknowledged a couple of things like the increased handicap accessible chairs are being installed soon. Staff is super friendly!"

"Escalators were working!!!! Great patio! Maestro was a great movie! Had the popcorn, coconut chicken tenders, Wonka Candy bar and red velvet milk shake!!!! Popcorn was huge - best I have had!"

"Not bad, some renovations after new owner or management, but not great. I expected better quality, but I can say at least the sound system seems improved a lot. Seats? Not bad, more spaces to put your food. Speaking of food, you can purchase a wide range of food, snacks, and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Food quality: not bad. Food price? One example may help you to understand their price range: a single medium-sized cup of Coke costs us 6$. And, They forgot to bring our Coke, so we got our popcorn, about half an hour passed, no sign of bringing our expensive Cokes, so I had to ask a couple of times to finally get our beverages. You can order your food while watching a movie, or before the start, and then receive it during watching the movie. However, I didn't like it, why? A couple was seated adjacent to us, from the start to almost the end of the movie, constantly ordering stuff, and being so picky. Simply, we were disturbed and distracted by ordering and delivering to those people."

"We were greeted by every employee we passed, very welcoming. Upstairs is an amazing bar with great cocktails. We had the Sicario and pineapple express. They lit a cinnamon stick for the pineapple express, it was great seeing all the different drinks. We also had chicken tenders and a southwest salad. Both were great tasting. We will return for a movie next time."

"New Look Dine Inn Cinema in Reston Town Center. Opening night. Went surprisingly smooth, lots of staff at bar and waiting on you (though there is ordering on the phone too) and running food and drinks. Compared to others, not as expensive! Also they run food the whole movie, not just before, that’s good and bad. Killers of the Flower Moon was epic, if you are into slow, long, artsy movies, like me."
