"The absolute worst location for a drug assessment check. I arrived after a 25-minute drive, came inside, and was asked to leave because I was carrying a 5-month-old baby. I explained the circumstances, informed them that this was my only day off, that my job depended on it, and that I had no one to leave my son with. I also reminded them that nowhere on their website was it stated that I couldn't bring my infant son with me. I called another LHVH facility that was 10 minutes away and explained the situation to them after I was still ordered to leave. They apologized for what had happened to me and asked to come over. They were just as baffled. The manager from the first location calls me, I let her know that I've already arrived at the other facility, thanks for nothing. After hanging up on me, this woman calls the other LHVH facility I was at and orders them to kick me out! Fortunately, the office where I was told her about herself and proceeded to assist me."

"Absolutely the worst place to go for a drug screening evaluation!! I was rushed even while sitting on the toilet just because they wanted to go home! After giving the sample she stated there was no temperature on the strip, when I offered to give another sample and asked for water she refused to give me water and said for me to "just try again because they were leaving or for me to just come back!" Why would I come back to this place!? Absolutely horrible! If they wanted to go home so bad they should've never attended me in the first place!"
