"We had a great experience back when this practice was Abington Reproductive, but since the rebrand, it has gone down hill. I had a PA lecture me about my diet when it is clearly documented by this practice that my PCOS does not respond to dietary changes. I now avoid their KOP office because every time I bring this encounter up, the staff doesn’t do anything. This week I found out that my provider is leaving and I have blindly been reassigned to another provider, whom I greatly dislike. This was done via email. No phone call. Nothing. When I called to ask to be reassigned to literally anyone else, I was told that it wasn’t an option. I’m not sure how forcing patients to go through an experience as sensitive as fertility treatment with a provider that makes them extremely uncomfortable could be considered as “sincere” but I guess my definition of sincerity is different than the one this practice is using."
"This office is so disorganized. From billing to the front desk, it always seemed like no one knew what you were in for. We felt like we had to micromanage every aspect of our care. Infertility is hard enough but this office adds even more stress to the situation. We did reach out to the office via their patient navigator email listed in previous reviews because we don’t want other couples to go through what we had gone through and we never got a response. Save yourself the experience and go to a different group in the area, we did and feel much more confident in our care."
"Stay far away from this place. They are about the $$$ here, not helping you to achieve your goal. Dr. Lee is ok at best whenever she actually is in the office (seems like never). They throw you around to different doctors and PA's who have absolutely no idea what is going on in your particular case. Never follow up on anything or check in. Dr. Lee called my wife and I after a failed IUI and said "you're not pregnant, sorry. Have a good day" and hung up. Just the biggest punch in the gut. You're better off going literally any where else."
"I worked with Dr. Lee @ Sincera & am SO impressed with my first (virtual) visit. I had a list of questions & she answered every single one without me even having to ask. She is so knowledgeable & spoke in terms I could easily understand as a first time fertility patient. I can't wait to get this process started & am SO happy I am doing so with the Sincera group."
"I highly encourage anyone looking for reproductive support to look elsewhere. This organization is disorganized and lacks any thorough communication. Just don't take my word for it. Read all the reviews online. My employer offers a 15K reproductive support with their employee health insurance. My wife and I wanted to make sure we used the 15K as effectively as we could and stressed that with Dr Nichole (Lansdale Office) She suggested an IUI and if that wasn't successful we would move to IVF. We asked if this would all fall within our 15K and we were told.."Yes". It was suggested we only do 2 IUI's and save some of the 15k just in case we wanted a 2nd child. So, After 6 months of unsuccessful IUI's and countless doctors visits, we were ready to move to IVF. We had consultation with Dr Nicole and reviewed the procedure and the ala carte offerings. (There are several things you can choose when having the IVF such as gender, freezing eggs etc... ) So when all was said and done we were left with the expectations we would be paying 2K out of pocket and possibly a little more with medications. Long story short, that was completely false. The doctor's office completely depleted the 15K and nothing we were told was going to be was covered. Outside of the IUI we were told all doctor visits and tests were covered by our normal health insurance policy and it wouldn't impact the 15K. Again, that was completely false. Every time we breathed the same air in one of their offices the cost hit the 15K. We did everything they asked thinking they know best since this is their business. Unfortunately, for my wife and I we got completely screwed. They even had the nerve to ask me to go back to my employer and see if they would give more money towards the procedure. Again, please do your research and read reviews. I never took reviews seriously until this happened."
