"The office staff is rude and the care is sub - par at best! They don’t get back to you to discuss results and want you to wait a hour in room"

"I had to find a new family doctor as I got new insurance. My appointment was for 9am, I called them (being courteous)saying I’ll be 5 min late close to 850 am due to a road being closed. ( I was still early) They called me as I was pulling in the parking lot at 852 saying they can’t see me? I can fill my paper work out in 5 mins; they already had my insurance on file, I’m in st Luke’s network. I work in dental so I know how it can be if someone is late but my appt was for 9am. We never turn patients away when they are still on time or even a little past. I wouldn’t of mind waiting a little either. Very disappointed because I love St Lukes."

"Great place best doctors. My family has been going here over 20 years. Yes you do wait at times but that is because of the attention to details of the doctors and I know Dr Powell for sure gets to know his patients as to better treat them. That's why you wait"

"Dr. Baba is condescending and callous towards me. He blames every single thing on my anxiety/depression. When I slipped on ice and hurt my back, he was laughing while I was telling him. I even said “and you are laughing at me...?” He appears to be knowledgeable.... I guess you only get that side of him if he feels you “deserve” it. I’m Looking into changing my primary doctors. I do not recommend if you want compassion and to be taken seriously if you happen to have any mental health diagnosis. I always feel rushed. Like today he said “let’s get you out of here you already been here too long”. Which I haven’t. I feel I spent more time waiting for him than I did even seeing him."

"This has been my children's primary physician for many years now. The staff are very nice and always helpful. I've never had any issues with waiting time. When my children need to be seen due to illness they work with my schedule and get them in to be seen that day with little to no wait time! This office is wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others!"
