"My son was a patient of Dr Chuma, who is fantastic. However, it's not worth dealing with the rude receptionists when trying to schedule an appointment, especially when it's for an illness. They lost a patient to ENTACC today. I called to get my son in to see an ENT bacause of lingering ear pain/ringing from a recent virus, and because he was already a patient of Dr Chuma, the receptionist told me there is no way to get an appointment with Dr Chuma this week and to see his family doctor. Well, his pediatritian already told me he had to see an EMT, so the reason I'm making that appointment. There was no "Unfortunately, Dr Chuma can't but maybe another doctor can" conversation, just a very rude "go see your family doctor". I highly recommend ENTACC instead, they were super nice and helpful when I called!"
