Women's Associates for Health Care - King of Prussia

"This is my second pregnancy using women’s associates for healthcare. The first time was amazing and I had no issues. However this pregnancy I was diagnosed with a high risk pregnancy and am now almost 5 weeks without being seen in the office. When I tried to make appointments for my biweekly appointments I was told I was on a waiting list… and they’d call me. To never be called. I was offered one appointment which I could not physically make it to and told that I was asking for special treatment when I said I could not make that appointment. I’m glad to read from other reviews I am not alone in my fear of having to call and speak with someone. I will be trying to avoid this location for the remainder of my pregnancy if possible."

"Bad customer service. My wife was told multiple times that they would call her to schedule an appointment. That never happened and she had to hound them to get an appointment. There are things that at this point in the pregnancy they should have discussed with her and never did. Everything is so behind. This was not an issue when my wife was pregnant with our first. The practice seems to have gone downhill significantly. Additionally, they told my wife her appointment was at a different office than it really was, then they argued with her that they never said that."

"My daughter in law is pregnant and went to this office for her appointments and soon to be delivery and CAN’T even get an appointment or get in to see her doctor. They are rude when you call and they promise to call back and NEVER do! Please do not waste your time going to this practice, don’t walk RUN AWAY!"

"Two attempts to make an appointment at this office have been incredibly frustrating. The person who answered the phone was beyond rude. Waited a week and tried again, same lady, same condescending and rude demeanor. Apparently she answers for all three locations. She asked me six times if I wanted to be put on a list for November. I replied yes each time. Apparently what she meant was that the schedule is not out yet. When it is, they will call me to schedule. That should have been a one minute, easy conversation. She actually asked why I wanted to go there since I clearly didn't like her. I told her it was because it is in Einstein's network, my primary recommended them, and SHE is not the doctor. I told her that it was my second time trying to deal with her. She asked me if I wanted to call back. I told her that I've tried that already and that my mom needed an appointment, too, and I would have to deal with her. She abruptly placed me on hold and after she picked back up I asked her to do her job. She hung up on me. I called Einstein's main number to ask if I could speak with someone else to schedule appointments for myself and my elderly mother. The office manager called me back and was amazing. Apparently the first lady gave me an incorrect name. It is a shame when one individual is ruining business for what has been an amazing network of doctors, nurses, and physician's assistants. I will modify my review after my appointment to reflect the actual doctors' visits."

"I am currently in my second pregnancy and have never been disappointment with this medical group! They are always on time, polite and are attentive to my concerns. I would 100% recommend them for both expectant mothers and as a regular OB."
