I was staring a model of the knee and she saw, picked up the model explained how everything works and what my options are to correct my knee problems. I wasn't her patient, but she did it anyway. A few weeks later I noticed how she took the time to explain to another patient a question he had about his bones. She also has a great taste in the music that is played over the system each day. "Everyone at PTW West Norriton is extremely polite, kind and caring. I have been a patient since Nov 2021 and have gotten a lot more mobility in my ankle after injuring it hiking. I had to return this month for some follow up care after completing my program in Jan. It was just like being greeted at Cheers upon my return!
