"Theses people saw me and while they were nice they did the worst follow up I’ve ever heard of in my life they take me in I give them my symptoms and then get x rays they tel me I have a serious sinus infection that needs to be checked out by an ENT doctor. then I go to the doctor and they tell me we don’t cover your health insurance and oh by the way we never got a call from your doctor or any of the x rays that were taken . Now it’s been over a week and half since I was seen nobody will help me and my sinus infection has gotten worse to the point were I am constantly miserable . Avoid them at all costs unless you want to be treated like garbage can’t believe this is allowed in America . Complete Disgrace ."

"I am extremely happy with this practice. I had to switch doctors because of insurance and this place is a bit far of a drive for me, however, compared to my other doctor it is worth it! Dr. Balloqui is an amazing doctor. He listens and seems to genuinely care. He even asks about my children every time. He has worked with me through a few different med changes and understands and respects what I'm requesting and going though. The nurses and staff are incredibly sweet too. They always greet you with kindness and a smile and any time you call they do their best to accommodate a busy schedule. I am even currently trying to switch my children over to this practice. Overall, I highly recommend them!"
