"Sylva helped me with my postpartum pelvic pt journey. She tailored the stretches according to my fitness and recovery level. I appreciate all the explanations she gave for the exercises. I truly felt better after our sessions. Once I felt better, she recommended stopping instead of dragging on the therapy. The front desk ladies are nice and knowledgeable about scheduling ahead. I recommend this practice!"

"I have been to many physical therapists over the years, but Kim Thomas at St. Luke's PT in Center Valley is superb. She is the first therapist to actively deal with my scoliosis, which was not diagnosed until I was 50 and which has undoubtedly played a huge role in the issues I have experienced with my back. Kim is knowledgeable, experienced and observant. When I return -- as I always do! -- to be tweaked, she immediately looks to see where my posture is "off" and then begins the treatment plan. Since she's also treated my neck, Kim also notices when I need to be tweaked there. I'm still trying to convince her that I need a weekly visit for tuneups! Besides being a superb therapist, she is a genuinely fine person with great empathy and communication skills. Though it would not be entirely true that I enjoy going to PT, Kim makes my time with her not just beneficial but also fun. Peggy"

"I came to see Sylva after my C-section deliveries to assist with my recovery. She is a wonderful therapist with a great bedside manner. She takes the time to explain everything, make you feel comfortable, and focus on patient education for the best recovery. This location is close to me, but she is well worth the drive to work with. "Came to this location for physical therapy with Sylva Zelena. This is not the location closest to me but it was worth the drive to see her. She was friendly and personable. She made me feel comfortable and explained things thoroughly. I really appreciate her help with my recovery journey. I cannot say enough nice things about her. The front desk has always been friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!"
