"Very disappointing. Concessions were empty, popcorn was very stale, and they had absolutely no drinks, according to the employee behind the counter. When asked if I could have a cup of water, I was told I could by a bottle. I didn't want to buy a bottle. I wanted a nice refreshment from the soda machine. Which they said wasn't working. How do u run a movie theater with old popcorn, no candy or drinks?? This is why I will not be revisiting this location. Other provisions should have been made if drinks were not available. My money was wasted here."

"I love this movie theater .The staff is friendly and helpful. The movie theater is always clean. The color purple movie was okay , I don't believe this movie should have been turned into a musical. This is just my opinion. I would tell anybody to check the movie out you might like it."

"I hadn't been to the movies in over 10 years and alot has certainly changed. We purchased tickets online so entry was seamless. There were several self-serve soda machines , each with a variety of options. The theater seats were spacious, reclined and had a heat option, which all were super comfortable. The acoustics were decent as I could clearly hear the movie over people when they were laughing and talking. I loved the experience"

"This theater kind of fell by the wayside. I got tickets for the IMAX experience, all that was projected in the beginning was a mouse cursor followed by 20 minutes of previews... and then they somehow failed to load the movie... Sound quality is just...loud.. not good... just loud... like....concert...loud. Popcorn was ok... theater smelled kind of damp, restrooms are a nightmare.. All in all you got better options, you should use them."

"NO STARS GIVEN Last nights theatre experience at Owings Mills AMC was thee absolute worst that I’ve had at this location - EVER! The theatre was not clean, the concession stand had several issues. No Hot Foods Available Sign Posted - Only Pizza / Pretzel Bites. Popcorn would be a 40 minute wait? Soda Dispenser's - Not Working/Empty, Frozen Drinks - Not frozen/No Slush. No Butter Available. The lobby area was filthy - trash, cups, popcorn on the floor. Upon entry inside theater 7 - the trash bins are completely full. There was no cleanup between showings in the theater. Food/Drinks were left from previous showings? This was the absolute worst visit and the location MUST do better - Just Clean Up! Have items available - even if it’s backup popcorn popped the morning of?! Refunds or “Comps” should have been given upon entry, especially if the theater knew of the issues and tickets were purchased online?!"
