The Caucasian Women at the register was very unprofessional over the phone and extremely rude in person even tho I was being nice. Then me and her got into it. This is a county pawn shop, looks more like a city pawn shop. I'm begging you please do not go there it will be a waste of your time trust me. They look like their about to go out of business anyway. Going back to the one I been going to also in the county. And I'm going to tell them what I experience at this gold pawn shop"

"Worst customer service experience of my life. It was my first time going to a pawn shop and likely my last pertaining to this store. The store clerks were prejudiced and mocked the price value of my item, using eBay. The store is dusty and empty for a reason. They greatly underestimate the value of customer patronage by what items they have. At the end of day, every customer should be treated with respect, with optimal objectivity. These people are very unprofessional and disrespectful. DO NOT even honor these ignorant people with your presence. They only have two stars for a reason!"
