"If you go to the Paoli office you better pack a lunch. The doctor's are OK - but just OK. Today I waited in the waiting for 15 minutes to be seen even though I had the 9:00 am appointment and there was only one other person waiting. After I was finally taken back to an examining room, I waited another hour before venturing out into the hallway to see if they forgot about me. The doctor who will remain nameless, so I don't unduly embarrass him, burst into the room in righteous indignation. How dare me question why I have waiting for 90 minutes without anyone checking on me. He was extremely rude (even for a doctor) and started arguing with me, so I walked out. Maybe he should have become a veterinarian where the animals can't talk back. Good riddance!"

"Doctors spend 30 seconds with you and rush you out. Office never called me with MRI pre-cert, and left it up to me to dial one of their 50 phone numbers and finally talk to a human in order to get the cert #. Then after that they got the pre cert for the MRI at the complete wrong facility a half hour in the wrong direction. Not even close to the same facility I asked for. Likely because I asked for a Main Line Health facility and they want to keep the $ within the Premier group of MRI facilities. AVOID"

"I have had a broken foot for several months now and visited this location several times. I haven't yet met the doctor that my appointments are with, just assistants whose work I assume he signs off on. My qualm is primarily over Premier's refusal to provide a referral/script so that I can use a 3rd party radiologist that is is actually covered by my insurance and in doing so lower my cost for healthcare. Premier can do X-rays in house but they are not in network for my insurance provider. There's nothing unique about these X-rays and they can be done anywhere. This has been a frustrating experience."

"I am a 61 year old female and years ago I needed should surgery so I did extensive research for the right doctor. After reading Dr Mansmanns biography I knew without a doubt he was the right doctor. He has a very impressive education and background. He has done a total of 5 shoulder surgeries on me on the same shoulder and when I say he is the absolute best…he truly is. He is extremely intelligent, an excellent surgeon even in the most difficult situations which I ended up having and needing anchors to hold things together after so many surgeries, and he did an unbelievable job with all the surgeries! His decision making as to how to treat my problem was highly intelligent! All of his work is phenomenal! He is extremely pleasant, very patient, listens and cares and he does not rush you in the office or during recovery. He does what ever is necessary to make sure you heal properly and have the best use of your arm and shoulder. I have many doctors I have seen during my lifetime and loved however I must say Dr Mansmann is truly the absolute best! And not only is he the best, his receptionist and medical assistant Dana is phenomenal also! She is extremely pleasant, helpful and caring! She does and knows her job very well! I very highly recommend Dr Kevin Mansmann to you, your family or friends in need of a great, excellent, caring and knowledgeable doctor and staff! He is #1 in my book! I promise you won’t be disappointed!"
