"Left a message with answering service regarding my head. Anne McCarlo, NP, called me back. She kept talking and talking. I finally said that about her. She hung up on me I called the messaging service. It's now 6:49 pm. I called about 15 mins ago for Anne McCarlo, on duty. It's now 6:50. No return call. I'll be posting all night if I have to to show whether or not she called back. To add...I tried several times to leave a message with Anne DeCarlo. All left unswered. I finally told the person, likely answering service, I would call back Monday. This treatment of a a GP's office is unacceptable And against the law. I'll be addressing thus on Monday . If I don't receive a reasonable explanation, Dr Seprosky will be reported to the medical board. His poor feelings were hurt. Too damn bad. I'm going with this only to show doc's with ego they can't just abandon their patients, because if something that was said. Ego! He will have to answer before his board ofsuperiors. I'm no slouch. I'll follow this through.. And to add, Anne DeCatlo will be included. I need help Tonight. No One should have such pain, specific pain, to deal with all weekend. Of I didn't know better, I would have thought she was drinking, because she was so high strung."

I spent the last TWO months trying to get a hold of them about my medical issues that may be server I constantly had to ask them if they got updated about previous scan to understand what is going on with my body. Just got a letter (NO CALL) with wrong information I was looking into. They r unorganized unprofessional and irresponsible!!!"

"I see a lot of negative reviews here, many of them dated. I was at their office yesterday and had a very good experience. The receptionist who checked me in was cheerful and friendly and could not have been nicer. I was taken almost immediately (within five minutes of my arrival). And Sue Hanson NP did a quality job--She was thorough and helpful, took all the time needed responding to my questions, and I am very satisfied with my care yesterday."

"They never call you back and if you don't see a doctor when you first visit, you are considered a new patient. And guess what they aren't taking new patients. Really? My insurance has Dr Bennett listed as my primary doctor, but yet I am considered to be a new patient because I saw April Alexander. I guess they are mad that I wouldn't take unnecessary tests and vaccines so they can run up costs with the insurance."
