"Currently waiting 6+ months on a medication. Went into the office back in February of this year. Was seen due to extreme stomach pains that felt almost identical to labor. I left the office being told I would have a prescription to help while I waited for testing. A week later, the pharmacy never got the script. When the pharmacy finally got the prescription sent over by the doctor, they said insurance wouldn’t cover it. I have called the office 8 times in the past 2 weeks trying to get a prescription and I haven’t received ONE CALL back, nor have I had a new medication sent to the pharmacy. It’s been 7 months of debilitating pain and I can’t even get a call back from anyone. Everytime I call they say “ok I’ll put a message in with the doctor,” and then nothing. Last 2 times I called they said they would send the message as priority and still haven’t heard anything. I can’t even get an updated script to go get an ultrasound so I can get testing done. Whenever they say “ok I’ll put a note in here for ya!” I know nothing is going to get done and I’m just going to end up having to call again. People say this all the time but I have truly never dealt with an office who cared so little about you it’s insane. 7 months to be waiting for a prescription? And all other offices are 4+ months out waiting for a new patient appt. Guess you have to spend hundreds of dollars and go to the ER if you want to be seen and heard anymore."
