"Normally, smooth checkin and good service. The technicians are always professional and approachable. Unfortunately, most recent visit was marred by rudeness at the front desk, dismissive comments, and incomplete information. Disappointing. More training is needed at the front desk."

"Took my 6 year old for lab test. The intake was smooth. My son was scared looking at all the needles. He started crying . But the technicians were really helpful in holding him and getting the blood drawn. They recused the day for me"

"I have been trying to get my blood work done here for WEEKS and have had no luck. First time around, the doctor who is supposed to do my blood work wasn’t there because of “New Years” but it was the 30th of December. So I make an appointment, I tell the scheduling people what I need done and they make me an appointment for Saturday. I show up there, come to find out the doctor who is supposed to do my one test isn’t there AGAIN. So I asked the woman if I was able to walk in on Monday (today) and get it done and she says “yes we will be open” I make the drive and guess what! THEY’RE NOT OPEN. These people need to start communicating better with one another because they keep giving people the wrong information. I’ve never been more frustrated. I need these tests for work and I can’t go some place else for personal reasons."

"Just went here with my husband. It was crowded. When we asked a question, the question was ignored and the lady at the front desk said "FILL OUT THE FORM AND SIT DOWN" in a nasty tone. Ignoring the question. HORRIBLE first impression. We turned around and walked out immediately. NOT RECOMMENDED. GO TO EXTON INSTEAD. I live in West Chester and will never be back despite how close it is to me. Unacceptable for Penn to keep this person employed. No one paying for a service should be treated in such a way."
