St. Luke's Internal Medicine - Bartonsville 3361 Pennsylvania 611, Stroudsburg, PA 18360

"I've never been so disrespected before. I have a ruptured ovarian cyst. Thursday into Friday I was seen at the ER the doctor and I quote said ". If you're in worse pain please come back tomorrow or this weekend because it could be something worse". I decided Friday afternoon to go back to Er. Which yes it was busy and it's flu season. I had three different color scrubs come in and one told me I'm being admitted or something different, So I'm in the hallway on a undressed bed yes it had a sheet thrown on half the bed dirty and with small curly hairs on it. Your doctor proceeds to belittle and speak down to me asking why I even left last night if I was in so much pain and what do I want? Who told me I'm getting admitted. I asked for ice to ice my back she was questioning me why they gave me morphine ... Idk ask last nights doctor. Let's jump to 6 hours later SIX HOURS. I was in the corner of the er in the hallway ignored. The staff was laughing talking about the Super Bowl and how many beds were empty yet I was still not placed in a room . I asked for water, ice help multiple times I had sharp pains in my stomach from my cyst. After having words with the doctor begging her to help me I'm in pain I got absolutely no help from the staff. Then they volunteer to charge my phone I said ok wow thanks that's nice. They "lost" my phone and took 20 mins to find it. It comes back with a label from my wrist band on it and the sticker won't come off my brand new phone case, so i sat in your ER for 6 hours with no water help and my phone lost. I walked out of the ER with no help when they told me to come back. I am highly disgusted with Saint Luke's and will be contacting Human Resources"

"St lukes is over rated!!!!! Worse hospital ever!!!!!! Seriously need people with experience especially in ER!!!! Allentown Bethlehem probably better but bartonsville is a joke scarey... LHV. Is the place to go !!! They actually no what they are doing ,!!!"

"I thought I was having stroke symptoms. I wasn't. But I was admitted though, for like 26 hours while tests were completed. I was treated with excellence and by excellent staff. They know what they are doing. And, some staff are stressed due to medical staff shortages (Covid). I highly recommend this hospital."

"Beware! Just got stuck with a bill for $973.55 for blood work. Yes, you read it correctly, blood work. I would give zero stars if I could."
