"I DO NOT RECOMMEND: The male physical therapist caused a concussion, vertigo, and damage to my cervical spine just after two treatments. Had to go to a concussion physician, pain management physician, and OT plus PT therapists at Bryn Mawr Rehab to help undo what he did. It’s been quite the journey since that faithful Oct 11, 2023 appointment. As a direct result to his so-called “physical therapy,” I also had to be rushed to the emergency room at University of Penn when the symptoms caused by his manipulations escalated. I’ve have a brain CT scan, cervical spine MRI and a brain MRI is scheduled for Feb 2024. I also had to get 2 injections in my neck. Jan 2024 UPDATE: Still experiencing vertical as a direct result from the physical therapy treatment. Getting a 3-hour balance test at the end of the month. Such a nightmare experience and NO ONE from the practice or office has contacted me."
