"So I have some sort of panic disorder which includes severally high blood pressure and high heart rate. Dr syed is by far the worst doctor I’ve ever had. The dr was in denial that I needed blood pressures meds. I visited his office 6 times with no relief to my condition. Instead he was convinced I had a form of diabetes. 3 rounds of blood tests, two different ssri’s which made me paranoid and have severe debilitating episodes. If you want real help and a dr who actually cares and wants to see your condition get better, go elsewhere. You won’t find relief at this location. Just added complications."

"Called in for clarification of my bill. The office clinical coordinator and some of the nurses that I talked to were rude, unprofessional and didn’t listen to my true question/concern. Kept telling me things I already knew but never gave me a straight answer to what I actually needed. If you have any issues after your office visit good luck getting it taken care of"

"Dr Chandramouli is amazing! She is kind, thoughtful, listens and thorough. Front desk staff and back staff seem to be friendly and nice. Office supervisor and office manager are highly unprofessional, bullies! Manager felt it necessary to destroy someone by verbally torturing them, telling them over and over how much everyone hates them in the office. Threatening to terminate the whole family, including children from the practice. Told them they must like every doctor who works in that office? Never heard of this before. Claims the patient is the problem even though they never received results from their MRI that showed a torn meniscus and fracture. When the patient reached out in frustration they were verbally tortured for wanting answers to why not one person was able to give results. Never and I can not stress this enough NEVER complain, NEVER ask questions to management EVER! She is untouchable and she knows it. She has caused this friend PTSD to the point they are terrified to get medical treatment for anything. They know everyone hates them in the office, how is this professional. How is 1 person left to mentally abuse people with zero responsibility for their actions. Patients have zero rights and this woman will lie and say mean hurtful things but her word is truth? Word of advice drive as far away from this location to see a doctor, or better yet go to St. Luke's"
