"ER at St Lukes was full So I decided to try Pocono Urgent Care. I never was much for this type of clinic but I've changed my mind. Didn't wait long, reception and nurse were awesome. My COPD been a problem for 5 years with very little relief. Dr. Romes came in and checked me out, asked what meds I was given and immediately began to treat me with a better nebulizer mixture than I was previously prescribed. I just couldn't believe the difference, I could breath so much better than I have in a long time! Dr Jean-Paul Romes IS THE BEST, he really knows what he's doing, how to treat you and gets your needed prescriptions to the pharmacy quickly. A very patient Dr that explains everything to you in detail so you can understand what you really need. I highly recommend this clinic and of course Dr Romes. I have great faith and trust in him, and will be visiting him again."

"My wait was long but I think it was because there was only one practitioner available to see patients. The receptionists were both really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions before I decided to be seen. No surprises. The RNP I saw was Carlos Garcia and he was one of the best doctors/practitioners I’ve ever had. He was kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and explained everything. It was worth the wait to be seen by him. I’m glad I decided to go to this location."

"Front desk receptionist tried to charge me double my copay. Also refused to see me unless I provided my credit card information to be held in their system. I walked out and went to a different urgent care who charged my correct copay and did not require my credit card information. Unacceptable business practices!"
