Coordinated Health - Bethlehem

"We initially had a very difficult time actually having the appointment for my husbands CDL DOT Physical. We had an appointment originally scheduled with the East Stroudsburg location and everything was confirmed the day before. Husband goes up there to their location and they tell him at the LAST possible second that “they no longer do physicals at that location because the doctors were switched out as of yesterday.” No one called us to notify. The worst part is they made us wait until 7 days before his license expires to have this appointment and then they cancel it just like that! THANK GOODNESS for Michael W. who works at the Bethlehem- Highland Ave location. He listened to all my stressful concerns on the phone- took the time to assure me that everything will be fine and work out; and got my husband in right away- SAME day within an hour to complete his physical. I’m so grateful that there are still CSR’s in the world like Michael W. because customer service has really taken a step down in the last few years especially. He helped us, was extremely efficient, very kind and respectful. I greatly appreciate his work ethic. Thank you once again Michael. Keep up the great work! :)"

"I had total ankle replacement surgery on 1/14/21 by Dr. Sauer he’s great! While going to therapy my therapist noticed my hips were off. She said I might have scoliosis. Went for X-rays and sure enough I do. I like to thank Lea for noticing it, and what a great therapist she is. Now I’ll be having therapy for my back, and continue on my ankle. Can’t say enough good things about the staff at Coordinated Health."

"I wish I could give them more stars. DR. BILALI IS THE BEST. Like THE BEST. Very attentive, well spoken, easy going but professional and ALWAYS tries to find a solution to whatever problem or ailment I have. The staff is so so sweet and helpful. I almost always go in with my daughter and the staff are always super nice to her too. A lot of reviews are complaining about scheduling and I've never had that issue. Ive made appts over the phone and have requested then online and they always get back to me really fast and are very accommodating. I called yesterday and got to see my Dr this afternoon. Seriously this medical office is amazing. Go here. I can not comment on the specialists, but general medicine, see Dr Bilali!!"

"My husband and I visited the Urology Dept today - our first ever visit to Coordinated Health. We were super pleased with and impressed by the attention we received from Dr. Bingham and all of his team (front desk and also medical assistant). The phlebotomist, too, was warm and welcoming. Everyone at CH worked hard today to help us relax and ask questions. They listened. They were patient and empathetic. THe doctor instilled confidence. Wonderful experience."

"This is s very nice and clean facility and the staff is extraordinary, especially tech partner, Amy. I had a full knee replacement on October 20th and she was my tech partner for two days. She was very attentive, compassionate, caring and patient and she made my stay at the hospital a very pleasant one. All of the other staff that I encountered during my stay were friendly and courteous and if I ever need orthopedic surgery again, I would definitely want to come back here..."
