I recently had a problem with my prescription insurance plan. It was such a mess, basically I changed my mind on 12/5 and decided to go with a better company. Dec 17th that company stated Medicare denied me for signing up too late. (I signed up 12/5). I on my own panicked and contacted the company who stated that they couldn’t find my original registration, and re-registered me AGAIN, even though I had a conf # from my first registration. THEN after having (3) registrations into this company on 12/30, I was denied AGAIN, this time the letter stated if I used their insurance plan to purchase prescriptions, I had to re/imburse them what they paid. (I had not) I panicked, not waiting for Angie, I called the company and I was told by a rep to try again NEXT open enrollment. I worried Angie to death, I kept going into panic mode, here it was now first of the year and my thought of not having prescription insurance was an enormous FEAR. Angie kept saying she was on top of the problem. And she was... but PANIC & FEAR just kept me on edge day by day. Angie was so patient and kind with me, she worked endlessly until she got the whole situation solved. I now have that company as my prescription plan. I have known Angie for many years, she’s honest and a good Christian. She WILL work hard for YOU..... just trust HER..... She will get the right insurance company for your needs! OR YOUR PROBLEM SOLVED. (DONT GO INTO PANIC MODE like I did) THANK YOU Angie. P.S. Charlie Schrantz is excellent too"
