"Had a nightmare refrigerator installation where the installers left with water dripping continuously on my new wood floor! Called McVay after hours. Got a quick return call. Devin T. came within 30 minutes. Assessed the problem. He even ran out for 10 minutes to get a part needed so he could finish the job right away. AND quoted the price prior to coming and kept true to his estimate. Whew! What a relief!"
