"I started going to physical therapy at Ivy Rehab due to some serious neck and upper back issues. Within 2 sessions with, Joe Bertucci, their physical therapist, I was off all painkillers and muscle relaxers that I had been prescribed. Joe Bertucci is very knowledgeable and comes up with a plan of PT that is specific to your problem. I started going 3x/week and I am now down to 2x/week and my neck and upper back feel amazing. Even so, Joe continues to work with me on strengthening and stretching the muscles that contributed to my issue in the first place.
