"I’m leaving this review in regards to Dr. Sirotnak, one of the ENT specialists at this location. Although I had issues with prior Geisinger doctors, Dr Sirotnak was the complete opposite. He was the third doctor we saw for our sons issues and within a month, our son’s issue has been resolved! From the moment I met this doctor, he was extremely nice, very understanding and was upset that it took a third doctor to finally get the solution right. He was also the doctor that performed the procedure and completed the follow up. He was with our son from the beginning to the end and we could not be happier! He was outstanding with our child, made sure he was not scared or worried about his procedure. Even the doctors involved during the surgery were wonderful but we are extremely grateful specifically to you Dr. Sirotnak, and it was a pleasure being under your care!"
"Horrible doctor. Rude, ignorant. Told me my sons tongue tie “might” not be a problem when he gets older so he won’t remove it now. Said the choking and gagging issues aren’t from the tongue tie, even though I’ve had several other drs confirm it is. Pathetic. Gave me no helpful information to resolve any of my sons eating problems other than to wait it out. Had me feed him a bottle to see the choking, then asked “how long is this going to take?” Referring to my baby eating; after he had us feed him. Horrible excuse for an ENT doctor. Will go with elsewhere."
"I made an appointment for my son to get impacted wax removed. I told them while making the appointment the wax was bothering him and I wanted it removed. It took 6 weeks to be seen. The doctor told me he wouldn’t remove it and it would come out on its own. I told him the clog had been there for months. He said it would eventually come out and there was no way that my child could be irritated by it. I’ve had impacted wax before and it was definitely irritating. My son was still in pain so we ended up going to our old doctor, which was a 2 hour drive away and out of network. He removed the wax in a couple minutes. We were told the wax wouldn’t have just come out on its own. The chunks of wax coming out of my toddlers ears were huge and hard. I would never recommend these people. They not only made an appointment for a service they knew they wouldn’t provide, but also wouldn’t listen to the patient at all either."
"Clean nice place doctor was super nice overall good experience"
