"I highly recommend looking for another clinic if it is an option. I have been a patient here for years. This place has gone from worse to absolutely awful. There is no regard for patients as human beings. Some of the staff are genuinely kind, but there is now a revolving door of counselors. You can find many terrible reviews on the new doctor and her demeaning bedside manner. As someone who is truly in recovery, methadone has saved my life. But this place has been an unwelcome reminder of the stigma that is very much alive. As far as the higher up staff, most of the patients are treated as children, talked down to and patronized. It's very sad that we, as patients, pay to be treated at this facility. Yet, we are treated as though we are a nuisance to staff. I have wanted to write a very indepth review for years now, especially more recently. I honestly can't say all I wish to, in fear of retaliation. One day I will return here with more details after I am no longer tied to this facility. I am in the field of advocating for those in recovery, and it breaks my heart that so many places designed to support addicts unintentionally end up doing the very opposite. We deserve to be treated as human beings. Any other healthcare business would close down if they treated their patients the way this place does. It is incredibly frustrating. Overall, I highly recommend another clinic in the area. I know it isn't always possible for those who have transportation issues, jobs, etc. Just do your research. Advocate for yourself and your recovery. I am proud of anyone thinking about taking that next step!"

"i went here for years and heard the horror stories about how this place treats people badly...I haven't had that experience until recently when I got accused of putting a family members patient number into the kiosk when I checked in. sounds insignificant right?? well it kept me from getting my deserved and hard worked for take homes. I've been clean for years and I work but I'm treated like I'm currently using and it makes me seriously hate this place"

"If your serious about getting clean, this is the best place. You have to be serious about getting clean for it to work though. I transferred to this clinic from one that was 5 mins from my house, now i drive 45 mins just to come here because this place is serious about helping people. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the head honcho, I've had nothing but pleasant experiences. I know it's not the same for everyone, but again you need to be willing to grow and change while getting clean, for an m.a.t program to work."
