"This place is horrible, the staff is uncaring, they change the rules all the time. If there is anyway fir you to get sober any other way, do it. I hate this place"
"So I missed the clinic on Saturday I called the number they said. To come to emergency room so I did now I’ve been trying to call them since 9am to get doctor to send info over now this isn’t the first I’ve had a problem they had me sitting in jersey for hours as well before they called it. In like really they say they don’t want you to use but then when your sick they are not around to help"
"Been a patient for a little over a year and it's a pretty good place. I haven't had any problems at all. Even had to go to a different state for a week because of a funeral and received bottles for the entire trip. It's a great place if you have one of the good counselors that actually advocates for their clients."
"Pretty crowded here. Sometimes it's impossible to get into a group. On certain days and holidays the line goes all the way out the door and theres only two dosing windows. It's hard to get intouch with my counselor, with all the clients going there its hard to help everyone. Very clean place compared to the others I've seen. Most of the staff is really nice and do care about the clients. I just dont like how hard it is to get in touch with my counselor and how the groups are always full. Too many people and not enough room or counselors. Other than that its a great place"
"Wonderful group of people. Just returned there after moving out of the area for a year, this place is so much better then the other place I had to go to in Bethlehem. The people here are warm and caring. They are really concerned about helping you. Charges $400 for intake and they includes a few weeks of dosing. After that it $100 a week. They also take Pa Medical Assistance. This is nonprofit and Government funded program, but its small and clean. You would never think so. They need to extend their hours only open till 11am during the week and 9:30am on the weekends. Makes it hard for any night shifter like me."
