"Scheduled an appointment for my son. FIRST appointment, they canceled the appointment without notifying us and said, “oh sorry, personal emergency “ it took another 2 months to get an appointment. Then Covid happened, in order to get a refill on my sons medicine, we have to have an appointment monthly? They say they will do phone or FaceTime appointment. Schedule a time and they call 7 HOURS late? Also, they changed my sons dr without notifying us! Completely unacceptable! I will also notify the insurance provider to stop recommending this DR."

"This Dr was the worst Dr I have ever tried to see! Not only did I have to wait 3 months to be seen, I tell him the meds I'm on (which obviously aren't all working which is why I went, hoping to find meds that would work) he pulls my name up and says RUDELY, "I can't help you!" I said, "excuse me? What do you mean?" He said I was flagged! Flagged for what I asked him. Flagged for seeing too many Drs and being on too many meds! I moved from Jersey to PA 2 and a half years ago and have seen the same family Dr the whole time! That Dr was prescribing me the meds I have been on for over 10 years now. Effexor, neuronton and klonopin. But I've been very depressed and wanted to see a psychiatrist since family Drs won't usually change your meds until they find the right ones that help. I also see a Dr for suboxen which I'm starting to ween off of. I didn't even go to that Dr dirty and have never had a positive drug test. I just didn't realize the horrible areas I was moving to and it was for peace of mind. Now I don't need them but that's besides the point. That place prescibes subs from what I understand. So if I was going there for them instead of the place I found (since again, I'm from NJ and didn't know where to go so I had to ask around) then it would've been ok? And I'm on klonopin which is the only reason I can get out of bed...PERIOD! I've tried many other things and tried getting off of them and I had NO quality of life! But I'm hoping when I see an actual psychiatrist who wants to help people, unlike Dr. Levinson, that I will find a new medication so I can eventually ween off of klonopin. Not only was it a waste of my time and months of waiting... But he treated me like I was a junkie! I have NEVER been treated this poorly in my life by a Dr. He was beyond ignorant and unprofessional. I went there for help with my depression and anxiety and left there crying, wondering why I can't get help! There are people who take klonopin who actually use it for it's purpose and do not abuse it. Drs these days like to lump us all in one category... If we take a controlled substance then we must be trash! Luckily on the way home my husband stopped at a place he used to go to. They scheduled me for Monday! DO NOT GO TO DR. LEVINSON UNLESS YOU ARE NEXT TO PERFECT AND ONLY NEED TYLENOL! Oh, and I speak English... It would be nice if you could understand the Dr you're supposed to be talking to who's then supposed to help you! They should have different Drs who can be put with patients who understand their language, because regardless of him speaking English, I would've spent the entire time saying "excuse me?" If this unprofessional poor excuse for a human being, let alone a Dr, were to have seen me and not kicked me out for unsubstantiated reasons!"
