"Absolutely, unbelievably rude front desk scheduling staff. They were dismissive, presumptuous, unkind, unhelpful, unclear, and ultimately hung up on me when I started asking too many questions. I see that the OBGYNs at the practice get excellent reviews, though I'm not sure how anyone gets past the ill-mannered gate keepers to actually see a doctor. It was by far the worst customer service I've ever received at any physician's office. I'm almost relieved that I won't be visiting this office, I would hate to meet these women in person."

"Front desk people are always rude. I have cried each time I have gone here in anger. Just recent I had to bring my toddler in a stroller. I have no sitter or anyone to watch her just for a an hour or two ( I had no choice but to take her). I was completely UNAWARE of their strict no children policy. As soon as I went in I walked over to check in as we usually have to. The first receptionist abruptly stopped me and asked why I was there. I said I had an appointment and that is the first time I was told about no children. I understand for the sake of women with fertility issues. Would have been nice to know of said policy. Had to reschedule but will probably change practice honestly."

"The 3 stars are for Dr. Bigus and one of the nurses, Jill, who have always been pleasant to me. I continue going to this office because I like the doctor but wow.. reception/appointment scheduling women are TERRIBLE! I don't see how they can be so rude. Especially insensitive."

"I could honestly say they have the most rudest staff out there. I have never once wrote a bad review on any type of business/social media, but I really felt this was necessary. I work in health care myself and I deal with phone calls all day, everyday and could never imagine being so rude to a patient. Anytime you call and speak to a nurse, no matter which one it is, they always make it seem like you are bothering them and your issues are non important. *If you don't have the personality to work with people, change your career (:"

"I waited 6 months for an appointment for a routine visit. On the morning on my appointment, they cancelled it because i was under 21. Well the first time i went to Dr. Melissa Marji, she was awful, rude, and i waited an hour for her to come in and do absolutely nothing for me. I asked her if she could change my birth control pill to an implant and she gave me a hard time about it. She said i can either get the patch or nothing at all. She was so rude i ended up leaving in tears. Awful practice. Should be shut down also very rude to medicaid patients."
