"Two hours to be taken to a room. Over an hour wait to seen and my husband is still not done. I understand patience, but this is ridiculous."

"I have been here twice. The waiting room is very small so be prepared to let everyone there know your address, date of birth, & reason for visit because the person you speak to behind the glass always asks you to speak up. Seems like a HIPAA violation to me. It seems to me they are trying to "add on" services they can bill. My daughter had her own experiences but I'll only add mine. I went for covid symptoms & ended up having tests done for my heart. No heart complaints & the lady took forever then needed help working the machine. My heart ended up being fine by the way. Went for a UTI & got pee drawn as well as blood drawn to check my white blood cells for infection (although we established I had a UTI through my urine). When they took my blood they made a mess. Blood running down my arm, on the floor, and on the wall. I've had blood drawn many times before & never have I experienced this. I would not recommend this place & usually advocate for LVHN. I'd go to St. Luke's before ever going here again."

"Came to this ExpressCare twice for the same exact thing. Both Times gave me the wrong antibiotics. I told both providers what antibiotics works for me when I get this type of sickness and both do not listen. I was told that Z-Pak does not treat upper respiratory infections, and that it is over written, and overused. Both providers did not listen to me at all and spoke over me like I was bothering them. Had to go to St. Luke’s instead to get the Right antibiotics. They listened to me when I told them what has worked in the past and what didn’t."

"The wait time is not like it says on the website. I’ve been here since 2:20 and here it is 3:10. When I asked the person at the front desk she said “did they put you in a room? We’ll all these rooms are full. They’ll be with you shortly.” The attitude of this staff is not friendly and they don’t seem to care about patients coming in. I wouldn’t suggest to anyone to come to this location."

"I don’t know if she was a PA-C or DO but she said she could only give me one antibiotic for my uti because the cdc changed guidelines which isn’t true I spoke to my actual obgyn. I asked for one that usually is light on my stomach and she said no I spent all night sick from the one she gave me"
