"Turned away? Made an appointment on line for back spasm (one of their options for Appt) on arrival IN THE WAITING ROOM the nurse asked me what my appointment was for. I told her back pain and she proceeded to tell me “ we don’t prescribe narcotics” as if that is all I was there for. This entire conversation happened in the waiting room. So unprofessional and so not hippa compliant. One nurse to another -really bad form. So my suggestion is if you do not want to treat some thing like back pain, do not make that available as a choice for visit. And do not always assume that your patient seeking care wants a narcotic. I truly wish there was a better way to complain about this to the company but google reviews are all I have."

"Don't go here if there is anything wrong with you. Had COVID . Took test on my own went there because I could not get an appointment any where else. Never tested me again. Check my vitals. Every thing Ok. Except oxygen concentration low by 3 points. Have COVID really. Told her having trouble sleeping. Told me to go to the ER. Nothing she could do. 135$ later go elsewhere"

"Great place. Nice nurse and person that took my test. They are professional and courteous. I am not sure who these prior reviews are but I had no issue. The swab was administered professionally. Both staff were double masked. Clean area . Not crowded . Nice neighborhood. Great parking. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They print out your results and send u an email with a pdf. They tell u insurance may not cover it and any questions u may have. Nice people. I would go there again."
