"I understand an ER deals with all walks of life and situations however when someone collapses not once but twice and no one comes to help I have a problem with that…and NO this was not drug related this was a severe medical condition!! You had the records you knew….No one not one showed any concern you left them sit there once we got them in a wheelchair writhing in pain….shame on all of you!"

"The ER in this place is the worst. It's dirty, the staff is eating behind the desk and care is competent. They seem annoyed when assisted living patients are sent and often send them back without proper care or follow-up."

"This place is a complete and utter joke. My sister had went in with mild to severe concussion symptoms after crashing on a cycling trip and they told her she had a UTI, completely ignoring the concussion symptoms.. Recently my father was in for very severe stomach pains. For context, my dad is ex military. Not the type to outwardly show that he’s in pain. This pain had him in fetal position close to tears. I’ve seen my dad cry twice in my life. He was brought in to WCA and immediately discharged. The VA called him after from Buffalo and said he needs to drive to Buffalo immediately. He had a mass causing a bowel obstruction. Possibly cancerous we still don’t know yet. He had emergency surgery to get it removed and will be staying for the next week. If his intestines burst due to his bowels being obstructed, he would have got sepsis and died. Thank God for the VA doctor in Buffalo. I wouldn’t trust these doctors and nurses at WCA with my life and you shouldn’t either."
