"The staff here is amazing. Very welcoming and they all create a space for healing that feels safe and comfortable. The customer service is the best you can hope for!!!. All of the front office people are very knowledgeable of most insurances,which is great, because you don't have to wait for an answer from someone else. I haven't experienced that anywhere else. It is very obvious the culture at Ethos is one of a lot of deeply caring people who are very personable and easy to approach with questions. "Right before the holidays, my therapist told me she was leaving the practice. I was traveling alone for the first time in years and when I arrived, I started to have a panic attack. Not knowing what to do, I called Ethos and spoke to Kristin and Melissa. I've been with Ethos for years and since the front desk took the time to get to know me as a person, they listened and validated all of the work I've been doing on myself. With their kind words and keen senses of humor, I was able to reframe these negative feelings and remember how hard I have worked to get to the place I am at today. "The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile as soon as I walk in and feel very welcomed. I haven’t had the best luck with providers for mental health services. I expressed this and they made sure I was well taken care of. Jordana is the best! I feel I can talk to her about anything with absolutely no judgement. I started here feeling pretty low and now feel like myself again. I could not do this without Jordana. Overall extremely professional staff thats main goal is to make sure their patients’ needs are met. I recommend Ethos Clinic to anyone as this is an amazing establishment filled with very caring and personable people."

"I started going to ethos after a trip to the hospital ended up with a referral for the clinic. I have been going to therapy since I was very young, and after my first couple visits I was extremely inconsistent and would even no call/no show my appts. After I got it together, they gave me a second chance with the same therapist, and I couldn't be more thankful. The receptionists are always so kind, and my psychiatrist and therapist are both extremely professional, helpful, and kind. I recommend all my friends and family go."
