Over 20 years ago I was performing sweet motocross jumps with my Honda CR 500 when unexpectedly, the glare from the setting sun disorientated me for a fraction of a second and caused me to have a devastating crash. When I arose from the wreckage, I found my left knee was completely destroyed. The injury has haunted me ever since.
