"Do NOT go here! The office staff has no clue what they are doing. My husband has been trying to get his blood pressure medicine prescription since October and the office staff just can't do it!! No matter how many times we give them the informationwe to have his mail order filled. They continue to call and fax the wrong location. They don't call my husband back. I called the off hours number for the office and she said they can't take a call for this. I asked her how to get ahold of the Doctor because it is a medical emergency, my husband has no blood pressure medicine left and she replied that she doesn't know."

"Dr. Harrison is the absolute BEST! Our family has been going to him since I was a child. Yes, the office gets a little crowded, and you may wait 5-10 mins past your appointment, but I appreciate all the times they managed to 'squeeze' me in when I was sick. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Dr's office."

"I been seeing dr Keith Harrison for over 30yrs now and he is great. I have seen dr Shank here and there and I really like him too. Not one to complain and hate that I’m doing it now but I also don’t like when I need someone to help me with my everyday things. I called on Friday and was told dr Harrison was not in till Monday that they would talk to him and get back to me. Or I could go to er. I hate going to er because they end up admitting me and what they do there I can do at home. Monday comes and I hear nothing so I call and now I’m told to call tomorrow at 8am to see if I can get an appointment. Really I have liver and kidney disease can’t move my right arm without severe pain lower back hurts to even move the slightest. Thanks. Maybe I’ll have to call Wednesday and Thursday morning too"

"Have a doctor who is very nice but often find myself having to either refill out paper work that they lost, there is only one person at the front desk who is actually kind. Otherwise, I can never get an appointment or am denied access to speak to my Doctor. Have gone through withdraw because they refused to give me an appointment let alone a refill where I had to miss days of work. Now I am at risk of losing my job because they can't fill out the paper work currently and actually go through all the questions properly the first time."

"Even with an appointment, not once was I brought in on time, and usually there aren't too many people there. Not only are these doctors slow, but they aren't the friendliest to their patients. Not to mention, emergency appointments are apparently nonexistent; I had an awful ache during a holiday weekend, and not only did they not call back like they claimed, they pretty much said I wouldn't be able to come in, even though I needed an urgent check-up. If you need quality care, you won't get it here."
