"Woman at the front desk was very rude as well as complaining about patients coming in at 430pm because they close at 5 to another staff member. Unfortunately I was there for pre-employment purposes and apologized to her for coming in at 430 but unfortunately it was the only day I could come in due to work and I work an hour away there was no way to get there earlier! I work in healthcare & everything about this visit was just very unprofessional to me I will be sure to never return to this facility if i do not have to do so for work purposes"

"As soon as I started communication at the front desk, I felt at ease. No one there gave off grumpy vibes or talked to me as if I were a bother. They took time to explain all that was expected of me and needed to be done. Everyone that I came in contact with had a good sense of humor...a very pleasant place given the circumstances lol."

"Every time I call someone hangs up on me or puts me on hold without asking. Tried to make an appointment they told me I could just walk in. Walked in told me they were full and sent me to the Pottsville pike location. Called the Pottsville pike location they answered , asked me to hold for less than two minutes. Jazz picked up thanked me for holding , offered to make me an appointment or walk in. Walked in and all the ladies in the front and back were very bright and happy. Clearly some people do enjoy working for this company and aren’t rude. Only giving this center 4 stars because Pottsville pike changed the way I feel about doing physicals with the company and I had already given them 5 stars months ago."
