"I attended a few years ago, and graduated with their CTI (air traffic control degree). It was not worth it at all. The job market has 55000 people apply each bid. You have to make it Best Qualified or Well Qualified on the ATSA, even with the CTI degree you get, to get the job. Even then if you get the letter you're hired, you can still fail Oklahoma City. You will 100% waste your time. The slight advantage you will gain, will not be worth your two years. Most students with a CTI degree, do not end up becoming controllers, or work for multiple years (4 years from friends and previous students on average) before they are sent off. Do not put your eggs into this basket as it will never give you a positive return. There is realistically no benefit for your two years, as some random joe on the street will be hired over you if they score higher. Thats even with a Well Qualified on the ATSA. The Air Traffic Program is a fun game, you can pretend to be a controller but its a joke. It is a worthless program. The odds that you will become a controller from this are the same as the lottery. The building and classroom sizes are small, and old. I just wish I knew this before attending and saved myself two years of my life. I wish you do the same. If you want to be a controller, just apply to each bid. If you get Best Qualified, you will get the job. There's a lot of factors, but, save your time and money. This program is a waste, and you will realize this only when its to late."
"A previous review by Josie is pure bunk from a person who knows nothing about aviation. She does reviews about things she knows nothing about. If you are interested in becoming a pilot or air traffic controller, make sure you check out the aviation programs at CCBC. They have been training pilots for 50 years now."
"More organization is needed and more student groups and friendly environment. This satellite campus is all work no play upon arriving and entering."
