"Upon arriving there were no signs inside that made it clear where the office I needed was. I tried to call to ask where I could find them once I was on the correct floor to only get a machine. Once I finally found the office (no sign indicating what office it even was or if I was in the right place) I was now 12 minutes late and told I could not be seen. The staff were cold and seemed irritated that I was even there. I felt uncomfortable even asking for help and was just scheduled for a location even farther away. I've never had an endocrinologist appointment, whether initial or not, that required the whole 40 minutes of time and I could have easily been seen. Nurses were rude and unempathetic and unwilling to help beyond rescheduling which was the bare minimum."
"In today's world if the hospital staff is breathing you are ahead of the game. I have ZERO expectations of medical staff and their ability to not kill the person they are "helping" Let me tell you the nursing staff and the doctors at this place didn't disappoint ! If I could give a NEGATIVE number I would! My mother got her knee replaced. 1. Three pieces of the equipment didn't work, only a part of each piece worked. 2. They hooked up the IV but never STARTED the IV -I had to start the machine. 3.They left a incentive spirometer (plastic breathing device to keep lungs clear) and never told my mother to use it or how to use it. Again I did that. 4. The physical therapist came in the room about 20 min before she got off her shift. Help my mother go to the bathroom and put her back in bed. She didn't walk with her, or tell her how to walk correctly, to sit, stand, or keep her leg. When I asked questions to verify so we knew the right way the therapist snapped at me. She was nasty. 5. THERAPY was a mat and a makeshift set of steps at the end of the hall where my Mother's room was. They had NO therapy room, no actually facility and I am not sure the person was even a therapist. 6. Going up the 3 makeshift steps and coming down the 3 makeshift steps was all the therapy that was done and my Mother was "clear" to go home. SHE COULDN'T walk when we got home or do the stairs and ended up going to our local hospital in the ambulance where she has been all night 9:00pm-9:48am in the emergency room! 7.Pack food for the person who is in this place as there is one kitchen worker and they can't get cold cereal correct, IF you are able to get them on the phone to order the food. The nurses sit out at the desk they don't really care about much and it shows."
"Got here today at 4:30 pm for my appointment with chiro and there was only two people at the front desk, both on opposite sides. I stood in front of the window for almost 5 minutes before she finally looked up from the text message she was writing. Very unprofessional! While i was waiting to go into my appointment, a gentleman walked up to the check out desk and stood there also for a few minutes until the OTHER employee looked up from her phone to check him out. This is why my job doesnt allow cell phones! If you cant get through your work day without being attached to your phone, probably should rethink your choice of job!"
"From the moment I walked into the door I was acknowledged. My Father is having surgery with Dr. Wagner. He is kind, patient, and has a huge wealth of knowledge. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses are very personable. The person I'd like to recognize the most though is the housekeeper, "Cookie". She was very hospitable. Thank you for the wonderful experience."
"I arrived at Coordinated Health on Cedar crest at 4:40. I was there for a drug screen for a job. Once I got there I walked in and upon my arrival to the front desk the young women asked "how can I help you". I replied "yes". We continued on with me handing her my paperwork concerning my drug test, and she goes on to tell me that they are closed. Prior to my arrival I called in and the women informed me that they are open until 5pm. I was not satisfied with my experience here at all."
