"What a toe-riffic experience! I called to get an appointment for an ingrown toenail and they got me in the next day! The front desk women (Bernville Office) was super nice and helpful. Also, Dr Smith was super awesome, made the appointment super easy. I also like the fact that the front desk woman and Dr Smith work super well together. It is nice to see a team work as a team! I would toe-tally recommend! 5 Stars!"
"Dr. Smith is the best! He really listened to my concerns and is helping me come up with long-term solutions to my pain instead of just a quick band-aid fix. He has given me hope for the first time since I broke my ankle 10 months ago. The front office is always accommodating and I never have a problem making an appointment. Overall I'm very happy with this practice!"
"The doctor is AMAZING and very knowledgeable and I would recommend to anyone, however the reason Im not leaving a five star review is because of their billing. I have received multiple bills after paying. I have called and payed over the phone only to not have my card charged. I have been questioned when going for a followup visit as to what I want to do about charges I owe from months prior and NEVER receiving a bill. So in short the Dr is amazing but their office is a disaster."
"Dr. Clayton Smith is wonderful:however, his receptionist in charge of billing is horrible. She doesn't even listen to Dr. Smith. He's an awesome surgeon but you better hope you don't have any issues after surgery. The receptionist will be sure to repeatedly charge you even when Dr. Smith tells her not to. You will get one after surgery follow-up appointment so you better be healed or be prepared to keep on paying."
"Went to Dr. Smith for a heel spear, had to have surgery and was very pleased with the care I got from him and his office staff to handle the scheduling of the surgery and the beginning and during my time of the surgery. His office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable during my surgery. If I need any further foot care he will be my first place I would go. I have recommended his office to many friends and they were all pleased with is office."
